Responsibilities:

-Providing advice and assisting clients in purchasing property at the best price and terms.

-Determining clients’ needs and financial capabilities in order to propose solutions that are appropriate for them

-Conducting a comparative market analysis to determine the value of a property

– Assist in the planning and execution of launches and promotional events.

– Monitor sales processes, such as loan application follow-up and liaising with solicitors on loan documentation.

Requirements:

-Must be a Malaysian citizen to apply.

– Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field.

-At least two years of property sales experience is required.

-Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Manage the project to ensure that it is completed on time and in accordance with the specified quality and requirements.

– Preparation of project budgets, monitoring of project expenses, implementation of corrective actions, and regular project status updates.

Requirements:

-A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required for the position.

-Minimum of 10 years of project management experience

-Experience in fast-track building construction provides inherent advantages.

-Ability to plan a construction project and prepare a construction program with a planning team is required. Identify and anticipate site and construction issues, then put workable solutions in place.

-Must be able to read, interpret, analyze, and forecast project cost reports, as well as determine the job’s status in terms of schedule and costing.

-1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
